The pressure-volume characteristics of both ventricles in diastole
and systole will be described using a power function.

  P = A * (V ^ n)

P = Pressure
V = Volume
A = Scale Factor
n = curvature

The function is invertable.

  V = (P/A) ^ (1/n)
