Test case for valve with different CvData settings

Information
This model tests the ValveLiq models with four possible flow coefficients (also applies to other valves).
- Av (metric) flow coefficient [m2];
- Kv (metric) flow coefficient [m3/h];
- Cv (US) flow coefficient [USG/min];
- Av defined by nominal operating point [m2].
Simulate the model for 4 s and observe the flowrate through the valves.
